Ready-stock items ship within 1 business day. Made-to-order and custom prints ship once production is complete — we'll confirm timing with your order.
Returns & Reprints
If your order arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll reprint and redeliver free of charge.
Because most of our pieces are printed to order, we can't accept change-of-mind returns on custom prints, custom figurines or digital files. Ready-stock toys in unused condition can be returned within 7 days (delivery cost not refundable).
