How long does delivery take?
Dubai: 1–3 days. Other emirates: 2–4 days. Free collection in Al Quoz, Dubai by appointment. Custom prints add production time — we'll confirm the timeline with your quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payment online, cash on delivery, and bank transfer for bulk orders.
Are the toys safe for kids?
Our toys are printed in PLA, a corn-starch-derived plastic. Articulated toys contain small and pointed parts — we recommend ages 6+ and note age guidance on each product.
Can you print copyrighted characters?
No. We print original designs, licensed designs, and your own files — you're responsible for the rights to any file you upload. This keeps everything clean for everyone.
What materials do you print in?
PLA (standard, silk, glow-in-the-dark, multi-colour), PETG for durable functional parts, and TPU for flexible pieces.
Do you do bulk or corporate orders?
Yes — branded desk toys, event giveaways, custom trophies and gifts. Email us with quantities and your idea, and we'll quote within 24 hours.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll reprint and resend it, no charge.
